Return Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items

No cost to you. This includes items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

You are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. This applies if:

  • You ordered the wrong item
  • The product does not meet your expectations
  • You no longer want the item

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee
