1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
Orders below $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, & Canada


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this to track your package at any time.


5. What if my order is delayed?

Shipping delays can occasionally happen due to high demand or carrier issues.
If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll look into it right away.


6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.


7. Do I have to pay for returns?

  • Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping costs

We do not charge any restocking fees.


8. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Your bank may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the refund.
